Responsibilities

Support the development of Motorola’s global business strategy, strategic initiatives and strategic partnerships/ventures
Identify and lead new business ventures with partners across categories
Lead initiatives on potential mergers acquisitions
Build business cases for new initiatives / investment opportunities
Partner with Motorola’s senior leadership to drive critical strategic partnerships and investments (new ventures)
Use analytical frameworks to support leadership in decision making
Create executive-level presentations to support strategic recommendations

Required

Bachelors' degree (business or engineering fields preferred)
8+ years work experience with several years of work experience in strategy or business related role
Experience in MA or investment banking
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to simplify and clearly articulate complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions
Detail oriented with ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large amounts of information to draw conclusions
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Ability to define and frame business problems in a logical and structured manner
Works well in a very dynamic/fast-paced environment
Motivated self-starter that is comfortable working independently
Highly proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Preferred

MBA degree
Previous consulting experience or equivalent
