Responsibilities

Manage procurement and expediting for furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E)

Prepare and maintain specifications, purchase orders, and tracking logs

Coordinate with vendors, artisans, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation

Preparation of presentations and CAD drawings as needed

Assistance in preparation of floor plans, elevations and furniture layouts as needed

Maintain clear communication with clients and the project team to ensure excellence in execution

Support the design team through all project phases, from concept development to final installation
