Responsibilities

Ensure a seamless and positive technology experience in the Houston office

Deliver exceptional customer service and innovative technology solutions

Collaborate with local office teams and the broader Tech Ecosystem

Ensure the functionality of office technology, such as meeting room infrastructure

Troubleshoot and resolve device and office technology issues

Educate colleagues on innovative technology and drive successful adoption of tools and services

Engage with colleagues to understand their technology needs and provide solutions

Document insights to inform future improvements

Conduct technology orientations for new hires

Support office technology changes and act as a bridge to product teams

Assist with office technology implementations and contribute to local, regional, or global initiatives

Qualification

Required

University/high school degree, or equivalent experience in IT

2+ years of experience in IT Services, IT support or IT Business Analysis

Proficient tech skills MacOS, Windows, O365 packages and other collaboration and productivity platforms, such as Slack, ServiceNow and Zoom

Great problem-solving skills. Ability to break down and solve technical problems, involving others if necessary

Strong customer service orientation with a keen sense of urgency, capable of prioritizing customer needs and providing timely solutions

Relationship and network building, with the ability to work closely with global teams and internal clients

Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of day-to-day operations and team projects

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and foster an inclusive environment

Preferred

Demonstrated knowledge or certification in Agile/ SCRUM is a plus
