Responsibilities
Perform hands-on designing and implementing of Dynatrace, Splunk, and AppDynamics
Lead the migration of observability services from AppD and Splunk to Dynatrace
Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, DQL, and SLOs to detect performance issues
Instrument services and analyze telemetry to support incident resolution
Manage Dynatrace administration and automation across cloud and on-premise platforms
Collaborate with SRE and operations teams to optimize system reliability
Design and deploy Dynatrace across diverse application and cloud environments
Execute the migration of monitoring services from AppD and Splunk to Dynatrace
Develop custom dashboards, DQL queries, and proactive alerting mechanisms
Partner with SRE and Development teams to establish SLOs and optimize system health
Analyze telemetry data to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
Qualification
Required
Dynatrace APM: 2–4 years of expert-level experience in design and implementation
Splunk: Hands-on experience with design and implementation
AppDynamics: Hands-on experience with design and implementation
Observability Practices: Deep understanding of telemetry, DQL, and SLO/SLI development
Education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience
Deployment automation skills
Highly technical 'hands-on-keyboard' operator
Proactive approach to system health and performance optimization
Collaborative work style for interacting with cross-functional technical teams
