Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in System Administration and managing endpoint devices
Proficient in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support to resolve complex issues
Experience with Network Administration tasks, including configuring and maintaining network systems
In-depth knowledge of Information Technology infrastructure, systems, and processes
Proficiency in leveraging diagnostic tools and problem-solving techniques
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Industry-standard certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA are advantageous
