Responsibilities
Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for macOS desktops and laptops, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently
Provide expert troubleshooting for SaaS applications including G-Suite, Zoom, Okta, Jamf, and Slack
Manage inventory and oversee user lifecycle flows, including onboarding, offboarding, and device provisioning
Collaborate with IT and business teams to support a sales organization, ensuring seamless technology operations for sales staff
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and asset tracking
Assist with security compliance and configuration management using Jamf and other MDM tools
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Mac desktop support and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of SaaS applications: G-Suite, Zoom, Okta, Jamf, and Slack
Proven experience in inventory management and user lifecycle administration
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with supporting sales teams and understanding their technology needs
