Responsibilities

Develop and implement business plans under the direction of the Regional Director
Achieves sales quotas by driving sales teams to deliver above market share growth through product sales introductions in assigned district/territory
Implements sales strategies and tactics for the area, promoting products to existing and new customers through the sales reps
Establishes and develops rapport with key surgeons and engage with admin level customers (hospital and ambulatory surgery centers) to lead and manage positive and productive relationships
Recruit, hire, trains and manage a performance-oriented sales team
Maintains routine communications, field rides, management support, leadership, performance management and development of each direct report

Required

Bachelor's Degree from Accredited University
5+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience within the medical device industry
High level of energy, motivation, drive, perseverance, initiative, commitment & professionalism
Excellent time management and ability to effectively prioritize
Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile
Ability to meet with customers at hospitals and to be a member of a credentialing agency
