Proficiency in communication and relationship-building with clients and partners
Knowledge of federal and state lending regulations is a plus
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Valid Mortgage Loan Officer license (or ability to attain one) is required
Preferred
Previous experience in residential mortgage lending is preferred but not mandatory
