Responsibilities

Design and govern operational compensation policies and pay structures
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage/hour laws; lead audits and reporting
Support union pay adjustments and partner with Labor Relations on compensation matters
Conduct market and wage analyses; recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness and equity
Develop pay schedules and differentials; ensure accurate implementation in HRIS and timekeeping systems
Provide analytics and insights to support executive decision-making
Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations on compensation strategy and budgeting
Oversee compensation system updates and manage employee pay inquiries

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field (CCP preferred)
5+ years of progressive compensation experience
Strong expertise in wage/hour compliance and operational compensation
Advanced Excel and HRIS experience
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
