Responsibilities
Drive the strategy and execution of credit, accounts receivable, and collections operations across all business lines
Oversee the full credit lifecycle, including new account evaluations, credit approvals, and ongoing risk monitoring
Work closely with Treasury to provide accurate insights on receivables activity, cash inflows, and forecast trends
Monitor collection effectiveness, lead efforts to reduce DSO, and ensure timely follow up by your team
Act as the primary contact for resolving high risk customer accounts and payment escalations
Champion system improvements and automation within NetSuite to streamline billing and cash application processes
Align with Sales, FP&A, and Customer Operations to balance credit risk with revenue growth objectives
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and key performance metrics that reflect AR health and performance
Lead and coach a team of specialists, fostering professional growth and accountability across the function
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in credit, AR, or O2C leadership
Deep understanding of credit risk, collections strategy, and AR best practices
Experience managing or improving O2C operations in a multi location or high volume B2B environment
Strong systems mindset; experience with NetSuite or ERP integrations is a plus
Technically strong, but also a humble team builder who can connect with stakeholders across levels
Excited by process improvement, automation, and building something better
