Responsibilities
Process payment on client proposals and invoices
Manage all purchasing and goods procurement for interior design projects
Coordinate shipping, deliveries and installations
Handle correspondence regarding damages, replacements, returns and donations of product, as necessary
Coordinate and schedule contractor installation work
Input information relating to acknowledgements and invoices into design system
Enter and manage all vendor information
Weekly status reporting to team
Coordinate with accountant regarding vendor payments, client deposits, etc
Email correspondence with clients, vendors, designers, etc
Assist Designers with development and management of estimated budgets and spreadsheets
Assist Designers with all Client presentations (gathering of specified samples, materials and pricing for design presentations, etc.)
Research / source product & materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing or related field required
Strong project management experience in related industry minimum 2 years
Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work in-person 5 days a week in Raleigh, North Carolina
Candidates must be either a U.S. citizen or have a valid employment visa to work in the U.S. and be located in Raleigh, North Carolina
Preferred
Design Project Management Software experience is a plus but not required
