Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Direct a team of senior engineers, managing workloads, professional development, and technical mentorship

Operational Excellence: Oversee the stability and performance of a complex campus-based network, including high-availability data centers and multiple remote branch locations

Project Governance: Lead the planning and execution of network upgrades, refreshes, and security implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

Vendor & Budget Management: Manage relationships with ISPs and hardware vendors (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Extreme, etc.) and assist in the annual IT infrastructure budget planning

Compliance & Security: Ensure the network meets stringent healthcare regulatory standards (HIPAA/HITECH) and maintain a robust security posture across all firewalls and endpoints
