Responsibilities
Transforming cold prospects into warm, qualified opportunities by introducing organizations to BayPointe’s people, expertise, and consultative approach to IT
Focusing exclusively on top-of funnel activity such as researching, prospecting, and engaging new organizations through every possible outbound channel
Sparking meaningful conversations that lead to introductory meetings between qualified prospects and BayPointe Account Executives
Qualification
Required
Comfortable with cold prospecting and initiating conversations with new contacts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Naturally curious with the ability to ask smart, thoughtful questions
Resilient, internally motivated, and comfortable with rejection
Coachable and open to feedback and continuous improvement
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Able to use CRM systems and sales tools to track activity and results
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or outbound prospecting
