Senior Marketing Analyst
Harnham is a fast-growing, venture-backed consumer technology company building a category-defining platform. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to shape marketing performance measurement and deliver insights that influence go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
Improve marketing measurement and optimisation through incrementality testing, A/B testing, and attribution
Lead high-visibility analyses that inform growth strategy and investment decisions
Act as a strategic partner to marketing and growth stakeholders, shaping hypotheses and insight-led recommendations
Design and maintain scalable data models and analytics tools to support self-serve analysis
Define and standardise metrics to create clarity and alignment across teams
Support a culture of data excellence through documentation, mentorship, and knowledge sharing
Contribute to analytics best practices, prioritisation, and longer-term team strategy
Qualification
Required
Five or more years of experience in a data or analytics role
Proven background in marketing or growth analytics
Strong SQL skills with experience working across modern cloud data stacks
Exposure to experimentation, attribution, and performance measurement frameworks
Experience building data models and working with BI and analytics tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to tell clear, compelling stories with data
A pragmatic mindset focused on real-world business impact
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
