Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize processes across multiple facilities
Conduct time studies, workflow modeling, and capacity analyses to inform labor planning and facility layouts
Develop and optimize facility layouts, work instructions, and standard operating procedures to improve flow and productivity
Lead cross-functional teams on industrial engineering and lean manufacturing projects
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to guide decisions and recommend actions
Partner with Operations, QA, and Safety to ensure improvements meet quality and food safety standards
Oversee lean manufacturing rollouts and train Industrial Engineers on workflows and process-improvement methods
Serve as a key decision-maker for major process-improvement projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Develop and deliver presentations, training sessions, and demos to stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and 5+ years of industrial engineering/continuous improvement experience
Demonstrated expertise in time studies, layout optimization, capacity planning, and industrial engineering methods
Strong project management and business analysis skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (AutoCAD a plus)
Experience leading geographically distributed, cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to align strategic plans with business and functional area initiatives
