Responsibilities

Perform discovery of business needs
Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
Create and manage user stories (including grooming with project teams, updating to Definition of Ready (DoR), defining acceptance criteria)
Provide consultation on requirements to product/business owners
Oversee backlog validity; coordinate with business functions and project leads
Identify and communicate business priorities to Product Owners/stakeholders
Document project requests, user stories, and backlog
Communicate updates/status to all stakeholders
Assist with use cases, testing needs, and resource requirements
Administer JIRA project backlog

Required

Bachelor's Degree required (advanced preferred)
10+ years relevant business analysis experience

Strong problem-solving/analytical skills to identify/address risks/issues
