Responsibilities
Represent our client partners at community events, pop-ups, and retail activations
Communicate key brand messages in an approachable, accurate, and engaging way
Support event setup, logistics, and ambassador coordination to keep campaigns running smoothly
Engage directly with customers to support product and service sales in a clear, professional way
Gather feedback from customers and event attendees to help strengthen messaging and outreach
Work closely with our communications and promotions team to understand campaign goals and talking points
Maintain a professional, informed presence that reflects each brand’s values
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
Interest in brand communications, public outreach, marketing, or community engagement
Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Ability to work on-site at events throughout the Kansas City area
A team mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
