Responsibilities
Drive successful delivery and implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Manage project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
Take complete accountability for team performance and project outcomes
Oversee billing, resource allocation, and project updates in budgeting systems
Provide accurate revenue Best Estimates (BE) to management
Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and secure internal/client approvals within defined SLAs
Own change management processes for project scope
Lead estimation activities aligned with organizational quality and productivity goals
Plan resources effectively and ensure accurate allocation of team members
Develop detailed project schedules, baseline them, and manage changes
Track progress, control scope, and report status to stakeholders
Create and execute risk management plans to minimize project disruptions
Mentor senior team members and enable competency development for juniors
Implement performance management practices as per organizational guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
At least 12 years of experience in the job description below
