Lead complex digital print projects that support CalPERS’ enterprise-wide needs
Serve as the go-to expert for troubleshooting, color and image processing, and ensuring every job meets high standards
Coordinate with clients, manage workflow, and help continuously improve processes
Maintain equipment and manage supplies in a production or office environment
Monitor inventory levels, request or order supplies, and ensure that equipment remains in good working condition
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, or guidelines in work
Qualification

Experience working in a digital print production environment, including specific roles and responsibilities held
Experience with maintaining equipment and managing supplies in a production or office environment
Ability to ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, or guidelines in work
Preferred
Proven expertise in digital print production, including troubleshooting complex print jobs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of improving workflow and resolving technical issues
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret client needs and provide consultative recommendations
Experience coordinating projects or leading teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
