Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of marketing and communication initiatives aligned with CIB business and strategic objectives
Contribute to the development of corporate and marketing content (presentations, website, internal communications, digital materials, and social media)
Track and analyze marketing and communication KPIs, supporting reporting and performance assessment
Assist in the coordination with internal stakeholders and external providers for conferences, events, and brand visibility initiatives
Support the Strategy team in the identification, execution, and monitoring of growth, efficiency, and operational improvement initiatives
Create, structure, and maintain databases and reports to track product and commercial activity (e.g., balance sheet reports, internal dashboards)
Assist in the preparation of strategic presentations and reports for senior management
Monitor KPIs and key variables related to commercial activity of the CIB business in the U.S
Collaborate with front office teams and cross-functional areas to ensure execution and accountability of strategic plans
Support Chief of Staff–type activities, including reporting, coordination, and ad-hoc strategic analysis

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
1–2 years of experience in marketing, strategy, consulting, analytics, or corporate roles (prior CIB experience not required)
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong interest in learning the CIB business
Fluency in English and Spanish
Employment eligibility to work with BBVA in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions
