Responsibilities
Provide Level 2/3 technical support for servers, networks, and end users in a managed services environment
Lead and assist with Microsoft 365 migrations , SharePoint/Exchange rollouts, and cloud environment management
Manage and configure Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
Support and automate deployments using Intune, Entra, and Addigy (for Mac environments)
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes
Collaborate with service and project teams to ensure timely, high-quality client support
Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives and maintain secure, standardized systems
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on system and network administration experience
Strong background in: Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, RADIUS, PowerShell
Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Conditional Access, Defender
Virtualization (Hyper-V, RDS, VPC)
Cisco Meraki network devices
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Industry certifications (CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Network+/Security+)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred
Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment strongly preferred
Experience with ThreatLocker security software
Experience with Galactic Partners (Galactic Advisors) tools and processes
ConnectWise Manage and Automate experience
