Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of graduate admissions, including application review, decision release, and processing timelines

Supervise Graduate Admissions Counselors and Graduate School Associate, ensuring consistent productivity, service, and adherence to admissions policies

Coordinate with faculty and departments to facilitate admission workflows and maintain processing accuracy

Troubleshoot operational challenges and escalate strategic concerns to the Assistant Dean of Graduate Admissions

Lead the planning and execution of on-campus graduate recruitment events and campus visit programs

Represent the Graduate School at local and regional recruitment fairs, university-sponsored events, and community-based outreach activities

Coordinate with Graduate Admissions Counselors to execute outreach and communication plans for key academic programs

Manage prospective student follow-up strategies in collaboration with the CRM team

Implement admissions workflows for established graduate partnerships under the direction of the Assistant Dean of Graduate Admissions

Manage applicant communications, FERPA documentation, waitlist tracking, and cohort confirmations internally

Collaborate with campus partners to execute logistical requirements for cohort onboarding and coding

Maintain data integrity and processing timelines for partner-specific cohorts

Support the execution of Slate CRM processes related to application routing, communication flows, and counselor outreach

Generate operational reports to track applicant volume, admission counselor workloads, and event outcomes

Ensure accurate record-keeping for student interactions and cohort data

Participate in internal meetings with the Dean and Assistant Dean of Graduate Admissions to align strategic priorities and internal execution plans

Identify opportunities for workflow efficiency, communication improvements, and staff development within the admissions unit

Required

Bachelor's Degree

2-4 years of experience in graduate admissions, enrollment services, or partnership coordination

Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Slate), student information systems, and FERPA compliance

Ability to communicate professionally with district stakeholders and internal teams

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in fast-paced, high-volume settings
