Required

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

0-3 years of successful design experience within a consulting engineering firm

Awareness of other disciplines and the interrelationship of the various elements of design

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with Microstation including CONNECT edition and Open Road Designer

Knowledge of Illinois Department of Transportation or Illinois Tollway design standards, procedures and specifications

Strong knowledge of Microstation, including CONNECT and Open Roads Design
