Telecom / IVR Quality Assurance Analyst or Senior

Responsibilities

Perform IVR & Contact Routing software testing activities using a variety of testing approaches and techniques
Provide functional, black-box, and user acceptance testing
Ensure information systems, products, services, and end-user requirements function as expected
Uncover risks related to unintended consequences
Recognize and reduce redundancies in testing efforts
Create efficiency without compromising effectiveness

Required

Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or related field of study and a minimum of 2 years of work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing
In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing
In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing

Preferred

QA experience in testing Contact Center telephony applications, including NL IVR, CVP, and Contact Routing systems
Experience testing user interfaces and API's
Skilled in writing and executing manual test cases, with exposure to automated test execution and tools like Hammer and Cyara
Proficient in test management tools such as TFS, Azure DevOps, and data tools like Excel and SQL queries
Familiarity with Splunk for logging and research, along with basic knowledge of Postman for test validations
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Lean principles
