Sales Support Specialist
Russell Tobin is a global leader in the insurance industry, seeking passionate individuals for the role of Internal Sales Support Specialist. This position involves providing pre-sales support to the sales team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive sales success.
Responsibilities
Provide industry-leading support to sales teams and business partners across the life insurance sales process
Assist with product information, case design, illustrations, and new business/underwriting needs to ensure smooth sales cycles
Collaborate closely with producers, back-office teams, wholesalers, and internal partners to drive sales and strengthen relationships
Leverage your innovative mindset to create solutions that help win sales and strengthen the John Hancock brand in the marketplace
Exhibit strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support the sales team and resolve challenges effectively
Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining professionalism and reliability
Qualification
Required
A four-year college degree is required
FINRA SIE
Series 6 or 63
Strong sales acumen, excellent phone demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
Preferred
Knowledge of financial services is a plus but not required
