Work with minimal supervision in managing a caseload
Adept at taking depositions including cross-examinations and conducting witness interviews
Excellent advocacy skills, including appearing at hearings and conducting law and motion practice
Maintain superior client service, including responsiveness and prompt communications and delivering excellent work product
Qualification
Required

Has at least 1 year of workers' compensation defense experience
