Account Manager
Quadrant Technologies is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to lead client and vendor relationships, drive business growth, and oversee end-to-end delivery operations. This role requires strong people management, resource allocation, and strategic planning capabilities.

Handle client communication, delivery updates, and escalations
Manage internal and vendor resources across multiple projects
Lead people management efforts including onboarding, performance, and retention
Forecast budgets, track spending, and support cost optimization
Identify business growth opportunities and support proposal/RFP efforts
Run targeted sales and outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn
Qualification
Required
4+ years in IT account or vendor management
Strong client-facing and people leadership skills
Experience in budget planning, forecasting, and delivery tracking
Familiarity with sales outreach tools and CRM platforms
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
