They are seeking a Residential Asset Manager to oversee portfolio strategy, performance, and value creation across multifamily assets, while also managing operational oversight and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall asset management strategy across multifamily assets

Identify value-creation opportunities, market trends, and potential acquisition strategies

Drive asset performance to meet or exceed return, NOI, and long-term value targets

Oversee day-to-day asset management activities across the portfolio

Partner with property management teams to drive operational efficiencies and improve tenant experience

Guide leasing strategy to maximize occupancy and rental performance

Oversee capital projects, renovations, and value-add initiatives

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for all assets

Prepare and present quarterly and annual asset management reports

Develop and manage annual business plans for each asset

Communicate clearly with senior leadership and investors on performance, risks, and opportunities

Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and market risks

Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards
