Required

EEC Director II certified (required)
Hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in EEC or related field
Experienced with 3–5+ years in early childhood program leadership
Strong in leadership, communication, coaching, operations, and team building
Knowledgeable about EEC licensing, accreditation standards, and best practices
