The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting integrations for clients, working closely with the professional services team to meet customer needs and provide ongoing support for integrations.

Responsibilities
Work with customers to capture and document integration requirements
Create Process Diagrams based on customer requirements
Design, Implement, and Test custom workflows based on customer requirements utilizing an internal workflow engine
Manage and maintain existing customer integrations
Qualification
Required
Passion for working with leading edge, web-based technologies and a desire to deeply understand our solutions benefits, use cases, and business and technical elements
Must be an excellent listener
Must be able to multi-task across complex assignments
Hands-on working experience in the support, configuration, customization, and/or implementation of software. The ideal candidate will have experience with REST APIs, workflow and/or integration-related software, PPM, ERP and/or HCM applications
Must have at least basic knowledge of C# programming language
High level of motivation, self-starter, excellent at follow-up, team-player with ability to deliver within defined timelines
Proven ability to drive projects from concept through completion with minimal guidance
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical end user personnel in large enterprises
Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, CS or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education
