Responsibilities
Engage in Human Resource projects such as workforce development and training
Liaise with colleagues and other NOAA offices to gather requirements and plan projects and timelines
Analyzing data related to workforce training engagement, gaps and new requirements for expanding the program or refining the existing training catalog
Create status reports and manage dashboards
Span communications to data analysis to information visualization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree (BS/BA) in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, Human Resources, Data Science
Good communication and data analysis skills are key to success in this role
Attention to detail, good time management, competency with Microsoft product suite especially Excel spreadsheets
Experience developing and managing project and action trackers and visualization tools
Preferred
Smartsheet experience is a plus
Understanding of government communications and planning processes is a significant plus
