Account Manager
Productions Plus is a company focused on cultivating and growing relationships with key automotive clients. They are seeking an Automotive Account Manager who will manage client accounts, oversee event staffing programs, and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned automotive brand(s), providing turn-key project and account management
Manage automotive event and auto show staffing programs from concept through execution
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and business partners
Develop, nurture, and sustain talent relationships by evaluating performance, skills, and role alignment year over year
Prepare, present, and manage account proposals while driving year-over-year account growth
Collaborate with Account Coordinators (when applicable) to plan all aspects of programs, including:
Product Specialist auditions and placement
Training programs
Wardrobe selection
Team management
Oversee all event and show logistics to ensure readiness prior to activation
Book and manage travel arrangements for talent
Maintain control of program scope and manage events against approved budgets
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure execution excellence and fiscal accountability
Oversee the execution of automotive marketing campaigns and events to meet or exceed client expectations
Work closely with Senior Account Managers or Account Directors to ensure all deliverables stay on track
Travel to shows or events as needed to support onsite execution and performance success
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of the automotive and experiential marketing space
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to manage complex programs from proposal through execution
Ability to build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and business partners
Ability to develop, nurture, and sustain talent relationships by evaluating performance, skills, and role alignment year over year
Ability to prepare, present, and manage account proposals while driving year-over-year account growth

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Effective problem-solving abilities
Advanced Excel skills and financial/budget management acumen
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Performing Arts, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in automotive, trade show, experiential marketing, or talent management
Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours
Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and arms
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs without accommodation
Up to 50% travel depending on program needs
