Program Manager (contract)
Microsoft is seeking a Program Manager (Contract) who will lead and coordinate complex projects across various business domains. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, transforming project visions into actionable plans, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals while meeting quality, timeline, and budget requirements.

Responsibilities
Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities across teams
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and senior leadership
Recruit employees, assign and direct work, evaluate performance, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
Analyze technology requirements, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility
Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures
Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates
Develop project roadmaps and track progress against established milestones
Engage with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and manage expectations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Loop, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Azure DevOps (ADO)
Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and with high quality
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
PMP certification required
Verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
Problem solving skills and attention to detail
Interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing operational effectiveness
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
Proficiency with Microsoft Loop, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Azure DevOps
Self-starter mentality with willingness to take initiative on tasks as needed
