They are seeking an IT Systems & Network Administrator to take ownership of their technology environment, manage infrastructure, secure endpoints, and provide on-site support to ensure a stable and proactive IT landscape.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize our office network, including firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, and VPNs

Provide high-level support for a mixed Mac and Windows environment, including user setup, advanced troubleshooting, and permissions management

Lead the rollout and management of employee equipment (laptops, phones, peripherals)

Act as the bridge (or transition lead) away from external MSP/IT consulting firms, identifying which services are best kept in-house for maximum efficiency

Maintain a secure environment by managing MFA, endpoint protection, and phishing awareness without 'over-engineering' solutions that hinder productivity

Provide direct, face-to-face assistance to employees, resolving hardware and software issues in real time with a service-oriented mindset
