Vice President of Customer Sales
GCAL.G-Era is seeking a Vice President of Customer Sales to lead customer-focused sales strategy and revenue growth. This role drives new business development, strengthens key client relationships, and aligns sales execution with GCAL’s quality and service standards.

Lead customer sales strategy and execution across key markets
Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
Manage and grow relationships with key clients and partners
Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams
Analyze sales performance, pipeline, and customer trends
Build and lead high-performing customer sales teams
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in customer sales, account management, or commercial leadership
Proven ability to drive revenue growth in B2B or professional services environments
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex client relationships
Preferred
Experience in certification, jewelry, or assurance services is a plus
