Insurance Sales Consultant (Remote)
Heritage Insurance Group is seeking licensed Life & Health insurance professionals who want to grow a sustainable, remote-based sales business with strong support, proven systems, and consistent client demand. This role involves conducting virtual consultations, assessing client needs, and managing client communication while maintaining compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with clients who have requested information on insurance and financial protection products
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance, annuities, and related solutions
Educate clients clearly and ethically so they can make informed decisions
Manage follow-ups, applications, and client communication using our CRM systems
Maintain compliance with all state and carrier regulations
Participate in ongoing virtual training, coaching, and team meetings
Qualification
Required
Active Life & Health insurance license (required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated professionals who manage their time well in a remote environment
Ethical, client-focused mindset with attention to detail
Preferred
Prior sales or insurance experience preferred
