Responsibilities
Configure and support Workday Financials O2C modules including Customer Accounts, Billing, Revenue Management, and Accounts Receivable
Design and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes from customer setup to cash application
Build and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Composite, Matrix) and calculated fields related to O2C
Develop and support integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Web Services, XML/XSLT, and document transformation
Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, UAT, and go-live support
Support data migration, reconciliation, invoicing, and revenue recognition
Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate billing and revenue reporting
Provide production support and issue resolution for O2C processes
Qualification
Required
6–10 Years of experience
Experienced Workday Financials Consultant with strong Order-to-Cash (O2C) expertise
Configure and support Workday Financials O2C modules including Customer Accounts, Billing, Revenue Management, and Accounts Receivable
Design and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes from customer setup to cash application
Build and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Composite, Matrix) and calculated fields related to O2C
Develop and support integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Web Services, XML/XSLT, and document transformation
Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, UAT, and go-live support

3–6+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience
Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash processes
Experience with Customer Accounts, Billing, Revenue, and AR
Solid experience in Workday Reporting and Integrations
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
Experience with end-to-end Workday Financials implementations
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Preferred
Prior ERP experience (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle) preferred
