Responsibilities
Source, screen, recruit, and interview potential financial advisors who will be running their own business
Review exercises and assessments of candidates to assess the right fit
Stay connected to your candidates to support them in their career transition through the interview and on-boarding process
Work closely with leadership team to ensure there is a mutual fit between candidate and the firm
Network and build relationships both in the firm, in the community and by your own creative means to identify top talent
Accurately maintain candidate files, reports and the database
Be the gate keeper to the culture
Qualification
Required
Three years of business experience
Bachelors degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Previous experience in recruiting or sales
Knowledge of financial services
