Responsibilities

Analyze IT inventory and spending trends using Power BI dashboards

Partner with Product Owners to enhance forecasting and procurement strategies

Track IT expenses, vendor payments and identify cost-saving opportunities

Streamline processes and improve workflows through process mapping

Maintain and enhance documentation for evolving IT inventory procedures

Qualification

Power BIMicrosoft 365Service NowOracle EBSCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree

Strong communication skills to work effectively with IT teams, executives and vendors

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power BI, Service Now and Oracle EBS

Preferred

Prior relevant procurement experience preferred
