Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end payroll process (bi-weekly, semi-monthly) through our PEO and internal systems

Process and audit commission payouts for multiple teams based on compensation plans and performance triggers

Reconcile sales, install, and funding data with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure accurate pay

Maintain detailed records of earnings, bonuses, advances, clawbacks, and adjustments

Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies

Support internal financial reviews, audits, and reporting needs

Stay current on wage and payroll compliance across multiple states

Suggest and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy

Support onboarding/offboarding coordination and documentation

Help maintain employee records, org charts, and job descriptions

Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders for HR-related matters (benefits, leaves, compliance)

Track training, evaluations, and internal deadlines

Support internal culture and employee engagement initiatives as needed
