Make outbound calls and transfer potential clients to Loan Advisor Mentor
Learn how our CRM works and how we track opportunities
Help manage follow-up and keep detailed notes on potential clients
Support Top-producing Loan Advisor on live deals & Operational task
Learn Loan programs & guidelines & the loan process Flow
Manage your own client pipeline
Qualification
Required
Local to Carmel, IN – this role is 100% in-person
No experience needed – but sales/real estate/finance background is a plus
High energy, coachable, hungry to grow
Money motivated – this is a six-figure+ opportunity
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable on the phone and in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance (Preferred, not required)
