Responsibilities

Data mining and transaction research
Resolving referred transaction issues in collaboration with sales executives and relationship managers
Identifying and coordinating operational gaps within Infrastructure platforms, operations processes, and customer interactions
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for client-facing teams
Conducting analytics to find business impact and solutions for strategic customer-impacting incidents and requests

Required

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 6 years of payments industry experience in technology, operations, customer service, marketing, finance or communications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Communications or Marketing
8+ years of payments industry experience in technology, operations, customer service, marketing, finance or communications
SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification
Knowledge of transaction flow, classification, and resolution
Expertise in ISO 8583 specifications
Expertise in SQL or Snowflake
