Senior Training Program Manager
OutScout is a leading AI-powered data and marketing technology company seeking a Senior Training Program Manager. In this role, you will develop and deliver impactful training initiatives for employees, partners, and customers, while collaborating across teams to enhance training operations and create self-service learning materials.
Responsibilities
Develop, deliver, and maintain end-user product training for internal teams, partners, and customers through a blend of virtual sessions and on-demand content
Enable users to leverage data to drive measurable business value and product adoption through best practices and success-focused instruction
Partner with colleagues to build and maintain up-to-date learning assets
Contribute to curriculum design by developing exercises, labs, and assessments
Support the creation of Train-the-Trainer programs and comprehensive training kits
Enhance the scalability and effectiveness of training programs using an LMS and related tools
Collaborate with Product Management to share insights that inform product improvements
Engage with subject matter experts to deepen your technical expertise
Qualification
Required
Experience with data platforms or marketing technology platforms
Basic understanding of Sequel, or willingness to take a Sequel crash course
Strong understanding of databases, big data, cloud computing, AI, and large language models (LLMs), with proficiency in basic SQL
Familiarity with marketing technology and digital marketing strategies
Minimum of 5 years of experience in related technologies, ideally within an enterprise B2B SaaS environment
Customer-focused, with a passion for helping learners succeed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively teach and communicate complex topics to diverse audiences
Demonstrated success in bridging data, technology, and business value
Deep interest in learning and sharing knowledge
Experience with instructional design, adult learning theory, and training best practices
Ability to quickly learn new technical concepts and teach them with clarity and enthusiasm
Results-driven, with an iterative approach to continuous improvement
Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed
Preferred
Experience with APIs and video-based learning content is a plus
