Case Manager - DC -Administrative Office of the Courts
The Commonwealth of Kentucky's Administrative Office of the Courts is seeking a Case Manager for the Department of Specialty Courts in Union County. This role involves managing cases related to substance use and mental health treatment, providing referrals, and conducting assessments.

Responsibilities
Maintains a participant caseload
Conducts screener and assessments for eligibility
Enters data into management information system
Attends staffing/court with SPC team and judge to report on participants’ progress
Makes appropriate referrals for participants, connecting participant to recovery resources, treatment and/or ancillary services
May provide crisis intervention referrals
Conducts visits to participant’s homes
May administer drug tests to participants in the field and office
Maintain court records with judicial partners
Some statewide and/or overnight travel required
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree in Human Services Field
1 year of related experience
High school diploma & 3 years job related experience
