Responsibilities
Review and implement configuration enhancements and process improvements for Coupa and GEP (Source-to-Pay platform for Indirect Procurement)
Gather business requirements and design integrations between Coupa/GEP and other applications for new facility deployments, releases, upgrades, demands, and solution requests—including process documentation
Conduct research and proof of concept on new features in Coupa and GEP from both business and technical perspectives, including potential API integrations with other applications
Serve as a liaison between IT technical teams, business units, and vendor support teams
Coordinate technical requirements and design efforts with middleware teams across various contractor groups
Lead and manage testing cycles: Functional Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing
Provide production support for end-user issues and assist in onboarding suppliers for cXML PO and invoice transmission
Analyze and resolve integration data errors during testing and production cycles
Oversee offshore team coordination, deliverables, and resource planning
Manage onboarding and compliance processes for new resources
Demonstrate adaptability and a quick learning curve in implementing solutions using new applications
Participate in project planning and timeline development
