Responsibilities
Monitor, configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure (Aruba switches, wireless access points, cabling)
Install, configure, and support physical servers for infrastructure services
Administer virtual server environments (Hyper-V, HCI)
Act as Tier 3 escalation for network and infrastructure incidents
Implement secure access controls, file server permissions, DFS, and ACLs
Support high availability, redundancy, and performance monitoring initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant network/infrastructure experience
One year of relevant experience may substitute for one year of education
