Taking Sr Designers sketches and transferring them into Illustrator, gathering materials, creating mood boards, will act as a liaison between designers and the larger org

Required

5+ YOE in apparel design, has the ability to do own sketches

Strong understanding of mood boards, illustrator, and keynote

Personality - no ego, understands they are there to support and help, outgoing, there is a lot of work to get through and being able to stay positive is important, flexible and able to pivot

Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or related design field or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training

5+ years of relevant work experience in a design environment working with materials, trims, design and fit

Outstanding ability to apply and perform foundational design skills, including drawing/sketching, illustrations across analog and digital platforms

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, concept ideation, color theory and have strong presentation skills along with the ability to convey your design point of view through a variety of visual tools to both internal and external partners

Comprehensive understanding of materials, fit and performance design

Relevant Apparel/Fashion/Design experience through on-job training and strong portfolio representation

Extra consideration will be given to those with a background in sport performance and sport style innovation
