In this role, you will lead a talented 4-person accounting team and own the financial engine of the business, ensuring financial integrity and driving the monthly close process.

Responsibilities
Mentor and manage a dedicated finance squad of four
Drive a tight monthly close process
Lead the annual 3rd-party audit and manage tax filings with external partners
Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management
Lead monthly departmental finance reviews and serve as a consultant to business partners
Qualification
Required
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in a Controller-level seat
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of advancing responsibilities within accounting and financial management
5+ years directly managing and mentoring high-performing teams
Deep proficiency in GAAP standards, internal controls, and statutory reporting requirements
Demonstrated success in managing complex budgets, variance analysis, and long-range forecasting
The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders and department heads
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience navigating integrated ERP environments
Preferred
Experience in Manufacturing is highly preferred
You've operated in the $20M – $100M revenue range
You have navigated ERP implementations or optimizations and are an Excel expert
