Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, electrical components, and mechanical assemblies
Maintain and improve industrial automation equipment to ensure smooth, efficient operations
Develop, schedule, and perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend asset life
Apply PLC programming knowledge to make thoughtful system adjustments within established standards
Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems to stabilize and optimize machine performance
Partner with production to meet daily targets and advance continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Strong PLC troubleshooting capability
Proficiency in electrical and mechanical diagnostics
Hands-on experience maintaining automated equipment
A proven ability to design and implement preventive maintenance plans

Preferred

Prior manufacturing experience
Familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics
Experience with PLC programming and fine-tuning
Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration
