Responsibilities

Execute cell line development and characterization experiments with appropriate supervision
Perform extensive mammalian cell culture work, including aseptic techniques
Support automated cell culture processes in coordination with the automation team
Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data promptly
Assist with experimental design, troubleshooting, and data interpretation
Accurately document experimental work in lab notebooks, reports, and presentations
Support laboratory operations and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytical development, genomics, and cell culture development
Extensive hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and aseptic technique (required)
Experience working in laboratory-based research or development environments (required)
Experience documenting experimental work in lab notebooks or electronic lab notebook systems (preferred)

Required

Mammalian cell culture: aseptic technique
Bachelor's or higher degree in Biology or related field
Molecular Biology (such as plasmid design, PCR, NGS, etc.)
Flow Cytometry - Analysis, Sorting
Use of Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN)
Extensive hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and aseptic technique
Experience working in laboratory-based research or development environments
Strong hands-on expertise in mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Close attention to detail with strong documentation practices
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced laboratory environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven teamwork, initiative, and integrity

Preferred

Experience documenting experimental work in lab notebooks or electronic lab notebook systems
